Marjorie Chimes
Marji Chimes is VP, Marketing and Media and a partner at Peppers & Rogers Group and has been with the firm since early 2000. Marji's expertise ranges from developing and executing enterprise wide marketing strategies to managing the creation and operation of complex multi-channel e-business operations. She is responsible for all elements of the integrated marketing efforts at Peppers & Rogers Group (including editorial, creative, branding, demand generation, sales, circulation and CRM) and she serves as a subject matter expert on Peppers & Rogers Group consulting engagements as well.

Marji received her traditional marketing experience from two retail and manufacturing giants, Polo Ralph Lauren and Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. In both companies, Marji was instrumental in the creation of the strategic marketing plans, overseeing their rollout across multiple touchpoints and evaluating the results. With the emergence of the internet as a new business channel in the late 1990's, Marji spearheaded the development and launch of ethanallen.com, the home furnishing leader's e-commerce business.

At Peppers & Rogers Group, Marji has been responsible for developing and implementing the firm's integrated marketing program and media business. She currently oversees the creation and distribution of 5 e-newletters, a printed bi-monthly magazine, a dynamic personalized web site, multiple e-mail campaigns, event participation and a growing customer database. With a focus on making sure that we "practice what we preach" Marji deals with the same challenges of implementing a customer based business strategy that our clients encounter. Marji has also provided consulting expertise to many Peppers & Rogers Group clients including the United States Postal Service, SAP, Sears, AMD and Microsoft.
