Brands meet real estate…really expensive real estate

Joining Nike, Apple, Prada, Sony, Samsung, and the NBA as Manhattan’s über-brand stores, Nokia has latched on to a trend of stressing experience and environment over sales and merchandising. Part experiential marketing and part branding statement, these stores have different strategies in executing this complex goal of selling the brand over the product.
