Mila D'Antonio is currently Editor-in-Chief of 1to1 Media where she leads the editorial direction and vision of the website and 1to1 Media's Weekly Digest. She also leads 1to1 Media's two annual awards programs: The 1to1 Media Customer Champions awards and the Gartner & 1to1 Media Customer Experience Excellence Awards. She has worked in journalism for more than 20 years with 15 of them focused on customer experience and CRM.
Her specific areas of expertise focus on voice of the customer, social media, customer service, marketing, digital engagement, customer loyalty, and employee engagement. She's received industry awards from The Society of Professional Journalists, the American Society of Business Publications Editors, and Folio. She regularly moderates panels and speaks on a range of customer experience-focused topics.
Prior to joining 1to1 Media, she has held editorial positions at CRM Magazine, Circulation Management Magazine, and daily newspapers in Connecticut and in Pittsburgh, Pa. She currently is a member of the CXPA and has served on the board of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Fairfield County chapter.
Mila is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. She currently lives in Connecticut with her husband John and daughter Evelyn. When she's not editing articles, she can be found taking walks with her Siberian Husky, playing at the beach with her daughter, Facebooking, cheering for the Pittsburgh Steelers, or watching "Game of Thrones."
