[+] How do I submit the entry form to you?

The 2015 Call for Entries is now closed.

[+] Is a CRM vendor eligible for this award?

No, this award is for business leaders at end-user companies. We welcome CRM technology vendors and related vendors in the customer experience space to nominate their clients, but their clients will ultimately be the award winners. If you think your client is eligible, please contact our program coordinator.

[+] Is there a cost to submit an entry form?

No, there is no cost for these submissions.

[+] Who are the judges?

The judges include a mix of 1to1 Media editors and former Customer Champions.

[+] How will I be judged?

Nominees are judged on five criteria: customer-centric approach, customer experience value, employee engagement, business value, and an example that highlights his or her efforts.

[+] How many awards are presented?

1to1 Media will choose 12 Customer Champion winners.

[+] When will I find out if I win or lose?

Winners will be contacted directly in mid-October to schedule interviews. Winners will be announced publicly on November 16th via email and on 1to1 Media.com.

[+] When can I issue a press release?

The awards will officially be announced on 1to1 Media.com. Press Release Guidelines will be sent to all winners prior to that date.

[+] What is my role as a Customer Champion?

An editor from 1to1 Media will be in touch to interview winners about their winning initiative. The 1to1 Media editorial staff will write case studies about the winners that will be included a feature article on the awards. The article will appear on 1to1 Media and will be highlighted in 1to1 Media's weekly newsletter, 1to1 Media's Weekly Digest. All winners must be open to having their initiatives publicized. And, they must be available for that interview within a week of being contacted by the editor. Honorees may also be asked to present their case at an event.

[+] What will my role be at the respective events?

All winners will be invited to attend the host event to be honored and awarded in a session dedicated to the Customer Champions. Additionally, 1to1 Media may select winners to present case studies or host roundtable discussions at the associated event. You will be notified beforehand if you are asked to present your case. Guidelines for the presentation will be provided at that time.

[+] Is my attendance to the event free?

All winners will receive one complimentary registration to the host event. Travel to and from the event is the responsibility of the honoree. Details will be sent to the companies invited to present.

[+] Are international applicants accepted?

Customer champions from any region and country are invited to apply.
