Are you a Customer Champion?
When 1to1 Media launched the first Customer Champions program back in 2004, the goal was to shine a light on the people within companies of all sizes who are making a difference in moving their organizations’ customer experiences forward. These leaders have been instrumental in getting their companies to where they are today: on the path to customer centricity. They are technologists, data specialists, marketing creatives, employee activists, and service pros. Most importantly, they are customer experience evangelists.
If you know a business leader who fits the bill of a Customer Champion, please nominate him or her for a chance to become a 1to1 Media Customer Champion. Note: Technology and software providers in the Customer Strategy space are not permitted to enter.
Call for Entries is Closed
- The call for entries for the 2014 1to1 Media Customer Champions awards program will open June 9, 2014.
- When the call for entries is open, you will be able to nominate a colleague, customer, friend, or mentor. What has he or she done that demonstrates a commitment to customers, to balancing customer and company needs, and to building and supporting a team of people dedicated to delivering a compelling, profitable customer experience?
