Unhappylty this video is 100% truth. Happens with me with a air company. I post my complaint in Facebook and within 30 SECONS, i recebe an email asking for futher information. With this experience I learned that i dont need to waste my time in the fone, it is just public in one social midia! I like the video very much! natysarasa (October 1, 2011)
