Water-Jel Technologies hired Herb Baer as its Chief Marketing Office and Vice President, Consumer Sales. His mission is to craft and execute a new retail marketing strategy that builds on the manufacturers highly successful industrial burn-care and first-aid products. To execute his mandate, Baer began by taking a highly strategic approach to learning the ropes during his first 30 days on the job.
