I agree. Safelite doesn't focus on its "people first" , its more like pocketbook first. All they ever do it cut your hours and expect its people to be happy. This is one reason why they never make the top 100 companies. Maybe the bottom 100 is more like it. Flo Costa (March 10, 2012)
