The Gartner & 1to1 Customer Awards
We're Now Accepting Nominations - Deadline Extended to May 29th! Gartner and 1to1 Media are again joining forces to highlight companies making a big impact through their customer relationship strategy and achieving an unrivaled level of excellence in delivering the customer experience. Formerly the 1to1 Impact Awards and the Gartner CRM Excellence awards respectively, the Gartner & 1to1 Customer Awards honors winners in seven categories:
- Customer Strategy: excellence in establishing an enterprise-wide customer strategy.
- Enterprise CRM Optimization: excellence in the use of full-suite CRM technology.
- Marketing Optimization: excellence in the use of marketing automation.
- New Media Optimization: excellence in the use of Web 2.0 and new media applications.
- Organizational Transformation: excellence in transforming a product- or sales-driven organization to a customer-centric one.
- Sales Optimization: excellence in the use of sales-force automation.
- Service Optimization: excellence in customer service and support that is enabled by technology.
How to enter?
Applicants may download the Word-based sample category questionnaires to prepare their submission.
