Each year 1to1 Media selects 10 executives as 1to1 Customer Champions -- customer-centric leaders who understand that engaged customers make a positive bottom-line impact. They're innovative, determined, and creative leaders who treat customers as the valuable resource they are.
Call for Entries
The call for entries for the 2013 1to1 Media Customer Champions will open June 3, 2013.
When the call for entries is open, you will be able to nominate a colleague, customer, friend, or mentor. Simply download an entry form and tell us why that person is a customer champion. What has he or she done that demonstrates a commitment to customers, to balancing customer and company needs, and to building and supporting a team of people dedicated to delivering a compelling, profitable customer experience?

Who's Eligible
Nominees should be senior-level executives who are practitioners in any area of an organization that impacts the customer experience. However, industry vendor executives are not eligible; this includes companies that could be potential advertisers on 1to1media.com, for example CRM vendors, marketing services firms, analytics/database companies, or social media monitoring services. Nominees can be from an organization of any size in any industry and from any geography. Nominate only people who are willing and permitted to be interviewed.
The Big Reveal
The 10 selected 1to1 Media Customer Champions will be featured in an article on 1to1Media.com and in 1to1 Media's Weekly Digest. This year, for the first time, the winners will also be recognized on October 9th, 2013 at Forrester's Forum for Customer Experience Professionals West in Los Angeles.
