Lynn Russo
Lynn came to Peppers & Rogers Group with more than seven years' experience in the editorial management of books, magazines, newsletters and business journals. As executive editor of 1to1 Magazine and 1to1 Marketer, Lynn is responsible for the editorial content and direction of both publications. Moreover, she was instrumental in the creation and launch of 1to1 Marketer, which is celebrating its one-year anniversary in February.

Lynn is known for her cutting-edge editorial features such as: ROI [S]implified - a series of company examples packed with quantifiable results; [Teck Tracks] - information on the advancements and benefits of the latest technologies; and [O]ne-to-[O]ne at work - case histories and stories that show CRM in action. In every issue, her editorial staff provides insights on the growing trends and challenges companies deal with on a daily basis, including personalization, channel management, customer interaction centers and winning Web strategies.

Previously, Lynn was with Intertec Publishing, where she served as editor of The Database Marketer and as features editor of Customer Support Management magazine. Prior to that, she served as managing editor of several e-commerce newsletters for Simba Information, a division of Primedia and sister company to Intertec.

Lynn is a nationally known speaker on the subjects of database marketing and e-relationships, and a four-time judge of the National Center for Database Marketing Excellence Awards. She holds a BS in Media/Communications from Iona College, New Rochelle, NY.
