In over five years at Peppers & Rogers Group, Marijo has worked to create impactful customer strategies and accelerate one-to-one efforts in client companies. She has worked on in-depth strategy, privacy and change management projects with many clients, including Boise Cascade, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, E*TRADE, 1800Flowers, Merial, Lincoln Mercury, BMW, AstraZeneca, HP, and the United States Postal Service. She has designed and implemented many processes and tools, including customer-focused Marketing planning processes; customer touchmaps; process design and technology requirements; scorecards and measurement programs; and organization development projects such as organization redesign, skills assessment, communication programs and training programs.
Prior to Peppers and Rogers Group, Marijo forged a varied and instrumental seven-year career at Kraft Foods. She worked with Sales, Marketing and IS/IT teams to create an information-based culture, where customer insights and data created year over year increased market share. Marijo was responsible for the Sales Force Automation project for Kraft, and managed a North American team that was responsible for the implementation and acceptance of new analytic tools and technology with over 4500 sales people. It was also during this time that she was part of the change management efforts that merged Kraft Co. with General Foods Co. She worked across many functions at Kraft, including Marketing, Sales, Operations and Finance. During her tenure, she also won several awards for program excellence and diversity.
Marijo holds a Ph.D. and Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University. She received the Schmidt Fellowship Award for academic excellence. She also has a BS in Clinical Psychology from Purdue University.
