CRMA Goes Viral
The CRM Association is all about helping organizations share insights and strategies on ways to improve the customer experience. In a twist of practicing what they preach, the CRMA is using new media to promote its National Conference, and having a bit of fun with it in the process.
Atlanta chapter president Art Hall moderates a 5-minute video on the 11 Reasons to Attend the Conference, which features several speakers giving brief yet enthusiastic overviews of what to expect from their sessions. It’s shot in home-movie style in a local restaurant with lots of buzz and conversation in the background. The result is an upbeat and intriguing view into the event. You can check it out on the CRMA’s site or on YouTube.
I have to add a 12th reason to attend. The conference has been organized by people who are passionate about customer centricity and have gathered a group of evangelists to share their expertise on a host of topics. So if you’re a customer advocate for your organization, you’ll be in good company, sharing best practices with like-minded peers – including our 2007 1to1 Customer Champions. We’ll be honoring these customer-focused leaders at a dinner hosted by CRMA during the conference.
Hope to see you there!
