Innovation, whether internally (employees) or externally (customers) motivated, the company must not only be open but vigilant to expressed felt needs, limitations, criticism, and suggestions about products and services.
The concept of innovative management is a radically new dimension and approach in corporate governance. It is akin to being new millenium compliant. Managers must be made to understand and imbibe the virtue of human capital management with a great sense of passion. It is now an outmoded practice to exploit labour like it was in the primitive and premedival period of human history. Innovation is not just about brands but also about people management in an organisation.
