Our first question was “What forms of social medial do you currently use?” Attendees were asked to check all that apply. About 80 people responded. The results:
Social networks 60.0%
Online communities 53.8%
Blogs 51.2%
Wikis 21.2%
Widgets 18.8%

One attendee commented that there was no option for “none of the above,” which shows how early it actually is in the social media game, even though some of us feel immersed in it—as if it’s been around forever.

After the webinar we asked attendees two additional questions. Nearly 120 people responded. We asked:
